Pilar Alegría visited the URBASER facilities in Zaragoza, where she has announced two lines of support to enhance collaboration between research groups recognized by the University of Zaragoza and companies.
The counselor has met the R+D+i center where the company has invested 8 million euros and has a staff of ten researchers. CPQ Ingenieros has collaborated in the realization of this project.
He emphasised that within the “circular economy” it is a leading center. The counselor has highlighted the “interesting” projects of the R+D+i, focusing on biomethanization, composting, odor treatment, pretreatment and biofuels area, which is currently in testing.
